Awesome dealership experience. It’s clear they value customers and it’s nice to see that small town service still exists. My wife bought a second hand vehicle and we never learned that the AC was not working g till the hot snap started. I’m sure it was not something their inspection found either. In any event despite us having not purchased extra warranty and having signed off on the vehicle they fixed it for her at some expense to them and charged us nothing. Was not just a Freon refill it needed compressor fixed I was told. That kind of customer loyalty deserves return loyalty. Good job folks.

Made the trip from Edmonton to Edson to check out a used F150 in their inventory. Leon, my salesman, was really helpful and got me a really good deal. He’s not pushy and/or aggressive unlike other salesmen I’ve dealt with. Ceanna, the finance person, was also very helpful. I also like that they’re quick to respond to text messages. I’m younger so I prefer texts.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the great people at Bannister Ford Edson. Leon was a great guy, easy to talk to and he listened to what I needed and what I could afford to pay. They did not try to upsell me like the previous dealers I visited, and put me in an awesome vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and there were no surprises whatsoever. While traveling to Jasper and points beyond I had a fault warning about my DEF system show up on my 2021 F350. The warning was saying that I had 80km, before I would be speed reduced to 80 km/hr. I was pulling my fifth wheel trailer and had plans to be in other places. I stopped in to Bannister Ford, and went to the service desk to see if they could do a scan or tell me about my options. They had a mechanic scan it right away and it was confirmed the code related the DEF, and that meant many options of problems. This was late Tuesday afternoon and they got me in for detailed analysis on Thursday @ 8 am. On Thursday they determined the problem and lo and behold the part is backordered at Ford. (Come on Ford, how many 6.7 Powerstrokes in service - obviously a problem and no stock???) They went to the effort to find one at another Ford dealership and ordered it for a next day install. They tracked the part, it got delayed, then kinda lost - but they persevered and got it and installed it at 530-6 pm on a Friday afternoon, which is surely not normal working time. The service advisor Reegan kept saying she wanted to get my truck fixed, so I could be in the road on my trip. I hadn’t bought the truck at this dealership, and they certainly didn’t owe me the extra efforts. For all of the extra efforts I must commend Reegan, and the mechanic that stayed late ( I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) Thanks so much to you both for being so very considerate and helpful! Bannister Ford - if this is a result of your coaching and training, good on you too. Regardless, keep those good workers happy, they are an asset to your business! The truck has since run great - next day was Edson to Osoyoos with no problems. THANK YOU!!!

The service advisors (reegan macrae) are superb, was able to answer all questions and keep us updated on what was wrong with the vehicles and how long it would take to fix and order parts.
